Can I send photos before anyone visits?

Yes. Send photographs or a short description on WhatsApp. Further information or a site assessment may be needed before pricing.

Do I need to choose colours first?

You can enquire before choosing colours. Colours and finishes need to be agreed before the relevant work begins.

What preparation is involved?

Preparation depends on the surfaces and their condition. The quotation should identify the preparation included and any exclusions.

What about furniture and floors?

Tell us whether the property is occupied and what furniture is present. Moving furniture and protecting surfaces form part of agreeing the scope.

Will I get the quotation in writing?

For projects we can take forward, we provide a written quotation before work is agreed.

Do you take on smaller jobs?

Smaller painting enquiries are welcome. Suitability depends on the scope, location and scheduling.
